耀华

　　  中国耀华玻璃集团公司（前身是秦皇岛耀华玻璃厂）创建于1922年，是中国乃至远东地区第一家采用机器连续制造玻璃的工厂，被誉为“中国玻璃工业的摇篮”。长期以来，耀华在生产规模、技术装备、产品质量、出口创汇、企业管理等方面一直处于同行业领先水平。中国耀华玻璃集团公司是国家520户重点企业之一，以中国耀华玻璃集团公司为核心企业的中国耀华玻璃集团是国家首批57家试点企业集团之一，也是河北省大型支柱性企业集团。为进一步发展壮大耀华集团，在省市的积极推进下，2000年6月对同处秦皇岛、同为国家520户重点企业的秦皇岛北方玻璃集团有限公司实施了并入整合工作，进一步巩固了耀华在行业内的地为。目前，耀华已发展成为我国特大型综合性玻璃生产企业，拥有北方玻璃集团有限公司、秦皇岛耀华玻璃股份有限公司、秦皇岛耀华国投浮法玻璃有限公司、中国耀华香港有限公司、耀华集团财务公司等30余家子公司，还拥有国家级“企业技术中心”、“企业博士后科研工作站”、耀华研究设计院、耀华工程公司。耀华产品目前包括建筑用玻璃、工业技术玻璃、其它玻璃制品、功能高分子制品、玻璃钢制品、日用玻璃制品、其它纺织品等七大系列140个品种；平板玻璃年生产能力1500多万重箱，总资产约36亿元。多年来，耀华为我国玻璃工业和地方经济建设做出了突出的贡献，企业先后荣获全国企业管理优秀奖、全国“五一”劳动奖状、全国质量管理优秀企业、河北省质量管理奖等众多荣誉称号。“耀华”牌浮法玻璃被国家工商行政管理总局认定为“中国驰名商标”。

　　   Established in 1922, China Yaohua Glass Group Corporation (originally named Qinhuangdao Yaohua Glass Factory) is the first enterprise of adopting machinery and continuous process in production of sheet glass in China even in the Far East. It is reputed as “Cradle of China Glass Industry”.

　　   Yaohua has occupied the advanced position in glass industry for a long time in production scale, technical equipment, product quality, foreign exchange from export and enterprise management. China Yaohua Glass Group Corporation is one of the 520 leading enterprises of China. And taking China Yaohua Glass Group Corporation as its core, China Yaohua Glass Group is one of the national 57 testing enterprise groups of the first lot, and also a backbone enterprise group of large scale in Hebei Province. In order to further develop and strengthen Yaohua Group, Qinhuangdao Beifang Glass Group Corporation was merged into Yaohua in June of 2000, by which Yaohua’s leading position in the industry is consolidated. At present, Yaohua has become an extra large complex glass enterprise in China with over 30 subsidiary companies such as Qinhuangdao Beifang Glass Group Corporation, Qinhuangdao Yaohua Glass Co., Ltd.”, Qinhuangdao Yaohua Guotou Glass Co., China Yaohua (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd, Yaohua Group Financial Co., Ltd, and also possesses of national level R&D Center, Postdoctoral R&D Workstation, Yaohua Design Institute and Yaohua Engineering Co.. Yaohua’s varieties of products include glass for building construction; industrial & technological glass; other glass products; functional high polymer products; FRP (Fabric Reinforced Plastic) products; daily-use glass products and other textile/knitting products of total seven (7) series with 140 kinds of products, annual production capacity of sheet glass now hit 15,000,000 weight cases with total assets of RMB3.6 billion.  

　　       For many years, Yaohua has been making outstanding contributions to glass industry of our country and to the local economic construction. Yaohua was rewarded for many honorary titles such as the Outstanding Enterprise of the National Quality Management; the National “5.1” Labor Medal and Hebei Provincial Reward of Quality Management.
